The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 6PM in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State highway pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for approval to submit a Local Acquisitions for Natural Diversity (LAND) Grant Program Application for “Terrapin Cove”, Map 17, Parcel 522 and, Map 17, Parcel 525.
Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Eastham. Applicant proposes maintenance dredging within Rock Harbor and off shore disposal at property located at 631 Dyer Prince Road, Map 19, Parcel 120.
Notice of Intent filed by Gail Bedoukian. Applicant proposes construction of rock revetment return and beach sand nourishment, sand drift fencing, planting beach grass, removal of trees and planting native shrubs, maintenance of vegetation on a Coastal Bank, installation of a stone patio with steps, shed, walkway, retaining wall, expansion of driveway, and fence replacement at property located at 18 Horton Way, Map 07, Parcel 493A.
Continuation of Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sharen Shipley. Applicant proposes a 12’ by 20’ detached deck and bench at property located at 55 Schoolhouse Road, Map 12, Parcel 066.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Mahala Busselle Bishop, Trustee. Applicant proposes removing and rebuilding existing sunroom and construct an addition to a sunroom at property located at 145 Goody Hallett Drive, Map 20, Parcel 057.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Carolynn Branthoover. Applicant proposes construction of a permeable paver pool deck and walkway, installation of a bocce court and vista pruning at property located at 140 Eider Lane, Map 16, Parcel 018.
